  -         each participant institution gives a small presentation of its activities
  -         to discuss the project proposal
  -         to refine and adjust the project aims
  -         to write and complete the full proposal form

14.00 h-18.00 h part 2: meeting
18.30 h return to Hotel Mastino/free visit of the town
20.00 h Dinner
